新型抗菌陶粒填料在循环水杀菌中应用的研究

Study on the application of novel antibacterial ceramsites filler to the sterilization of circulating water

摘要:

研究了通过将溴丙基三苯基溴化固载到黏土陶粒填料表面而制备的新型抗菌陶粒填料在循环水杀菌中的应用。通过杀菌实验确定初始异养菌浓度大约为1010mL-1时的杀菌工艺条件:抗菌陶粒用量不少于0.3g/mL, 间歇搅拌50min, 杀菌率可达99.3%。清洗并再生5次, 杀菌率仍达74.2%以上;陶粒填充柱模拟工业循环水抗菌, 100g抗菌陶粒填料连续6h处理水量3.6L时, 异养菌浓度控制在5×105mL-1以下。通过实验对比, 再生时加入超声辐照后杀菌效果更好。

Abstract:

The application of a new type of antibacterial ceremstites filler, which was synthesized by the immobilization of bromopropyl triphenyl phosphonium bromide onto the surface of ceramisites filler with 3-bromopropyl trimethoxysilyl-1-propanamine bromide, to the sterilization of circulating water has been studied. Through sterilization tests, it is ascertained that when the initial heterotrophic bacteria concentration is about 1010mL-1, the sterilizing conditions are as follows:dosage of bactericide ceramsites filler is not less than 0.3g/mL, and intermittent stirring time 50 min, the sterilizing rate can reach 99.3%. After the filler has been washed and regenerated for 5 times, the sterilizing rate can still be above 74.2%. The ceremstites filler column simulated industrial circulating water is antibacterial, when 100g of antibacterial ceramsites filler is used for treating 3. 6L of water continuously for 6h, and the heterotrophic bacteria concentration is controlled at less than 5×105mL-1 by experimental contrast, the antibacterial activity of the ceramsites gets better after being irradiated with ultrasonic wave.
